Willing® MotticaTMoffers PVB film for the glazing of automobiles and other means of transport. Windscreens and side windows manufactured with WILLING® MotticaTM exhibit exceptional standards of safety, long-term stability, visual appearance, and protection from noise and UV light. Automotive laminated safety glass with WILLING® MotticaTM has excellent light transmittance properties in conformity with all requirements of ECE R43 and ANSI Z26.1. The film is available in all standard colours and as a shade band product. WILLING® MotticaTM certified to ISO/TS 16949, DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Laminated glass made with WILLING® MotticaTM PVB interlayer enhanced acoustic interlayer is lighter than traditional automotive glass. As a result, MotticaTM PVB interlayer enables automakers to reduce vehicle weight, helping them meet and exceed global environmental regulations such as the CO2 emissions standards in the Kyoto Protocol as well as the Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) and U.S. Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards.
WILLING® VG SC+ is a special sound protection film for automotive glazing. It has been optimized in order to largely exclude the frequencies and ambient noise arising in the moving vehicle. The film exploits the benefits of trilayer technology.
Despite its sound-absorbing properties, VG SC+ provides the same level of safety as standard PVB films for the exacting requirements of automotive glazing.
Shaded PVB are images for customer references, but not exactly same or has difference to actual MotticaTM film. Dominant wave length and Visible light transmittance rate are measured with illuminant A. We can offer your desirable sizes including standard sizes in above. For more information, please contact us.

Willing® PVB interlayer film for laminated glass that shields not only UV radiation but also sound and heat, it has become essential for the automotive and building markets, where higher functions are required. Willing® MotticaTM PVB interlayer was developed using our reliable technological acquired from more than 12 years of experiences. It has basic functions of safety (eliminates the scattering of glass shards following an impact or gale), security, and UV shielding, as well as the higher functions of sound and heat insulation. It makes glass not only comfortable but also decorative and energy-saving.
Quietness greatly boosts car comfort, and how to reduce engine, road, and wind noise are major issues in vehicle design. Willing has focused on the fact that noise enters through the cars windows, leading to the successful development of the MotticaTM Sound Acoustic Film sound insulation interlayer film that dramatically increases sound insulation performance. This film is employed in cutting-edge and environmentally-friendly vehicles, as well as in a variety of other cars on the world‘s roads.
Helps absorb the force of the impact. Should the force be sufficient to break the glass, the resulting fragments tend to remain adhered to the PVB interlayer.
Blocks up to 95% of the sun’s UV rays, while allowing visible light to pass through. This helps reduce the fading of interior leathers, plastics and carpet from the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation.
When used in side windows, laminated glass will reduce interior noise by up to three decibels providing a quieter cabin space where passengers will enjoy a peaceful conversation or their favorite music.
In side windows positions, laminated glass weight 11% less than comparable tempered glass. It can save up to 3kgs on a vehicle, improving the fuel mileage and reducing the CO2 emission.
