Willing® MotticaTMoffers PVB film for the glazing of automobiles and other means of transport. Windscreens and side windows manufactured with WILLING® MotticaTM exhibit exceptional standards of safety, long-term stability, visual appearance, and protection from noise and UV light. Automotive laminated safety glass with WILLING® MotticaTM has excellent light transmittance properties in conformity with all requirements of ECE R43 and ANSI Z26.1. The film is available in all standard colours and as a shade band product. WILLING® MotticaTM certified to ISO/TS 16949, DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Laminated glass made with WILLING® MotticaTM PVB interlayer enhanced acoustic interlayer is lighter than traditional automotive glass. As a result, MotticaTM PVB interlayer enables automakers to reduce vehicle weight, helping them meet and exceed global environmental regulations such as the CO2 emissions standards in the Kyoto Protocol as well as the Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) and U.S. Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards.
WILLING® VG SC+ is a special sound protection film for automotive glazing. It has been optimized in order to largely exclude the frequencies and ambient noise arising in the moving vehicle. The film exploits the benefits of trilayer technology.
Despite its sound-absorbing properties, VG SC+ provides the same level of safety as standard PVB films for the exacting requirements of automotive glazing.

Quietness greatly boosts car comfort, and how to reduce engine, road, and wind noise are major issues in vehicle design. Willing has focused on the fact that noise enters through the cars windows, leading to the successful development of the Mottica™ Sound Acoustic Film sound insulation interlayer film that dramatically increases sound insulation performance. This film is employed in cutting-edge and environmentally-friendly vehicles, as well as in a variety of other cars on the world‘s roads.

Noise is defined as any type of sound that is considered disturbing, annoying or painful. Ambient noise consists of a multitude of sounds of different frequencies and intensities.
Ultraviolet light (UV) is a invisible light to the human’s eye, and is as vital as it is hazardous. While a certain degree of exposure is beneficial
Current architectural design trends are driving the increased use of glass in building design. As a result, architects and designers need glazing products
